Experienced Tile Setter-Installer

We are currently looking for highly skilled and reliable Tile Setters/Installers to join our team for permanent, full-time positions. As a Tile Setter/Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of tiles and flooring across various projects. The ideal candidate is professional, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. You must have a valid driver’s license, be willing to travel, have your own basic tools, and bring a strong work ethic to every project.

Responsibilities

• Supply your own basic tools for the job and ensure that your vehicle and transportation are reliable, clean, and well-maintained.
• Arrive on time and adhere to project schedules, ensuring timely completion of work.
• Represent the company professionally in the field by maintaining a clean, groomed appearance, with a uniform that is always clean and presentable.
• Keep job sites organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
• Work independently or as part of a team, depending on the needs of the project.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with different types of tiles and flooring (ceramic, porcelain, stone, etc.).
• Meticulous eye for detail.
• Must own and supply bring basic tools.
• Experience with installing different types of tiles and flooring.
• Expertise in troweling and providing correct pitch for drainage.

Pay

Compensation: $18 - $26 hourly
