Key Responsibilities Oversee, mentor, and support a team of accounting staff.Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, businesses, and other entities.Provide tax compliance and consulting services to a diverse portfolio of clients.Review staff-prepared tax returns for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable regulations.Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering high-quality service. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.2+ years of public accounting experience, with a focus on tax.CPA license preferred.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
