Experienced Table Games Dealer- $3,500 Hiring Bonus

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships through unique customer interactions.
• Exchange chips for cash.
• Calculates odds for payment.
• Operates and conducts games professionally.
• Complies with all gaming regulations.
• Protects gaming equipment and company assets.
• Complies with all customer service programs.
• Maintains a positive and professional appearance.
• Promotes positive public relations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Physical/Mental Requirements

• Work mostly indoors and generally in a climate-controlled environment, occasionally outdoors.
• Noise, smoke, and odors present during work.
• Works independently and with others.

Hiring Bonus

• $3,500 hiring bonus.
• $500 paid upon start date.
• $1,500 paid after 90 days of good employment.
• The remaining $1,500 is paid out at the completion of 1 year service (in good standing).
