About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Supermarket Rack Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate has deep experience working with complex rack refrigeration systems in grocery stores or cold storage environments and can troubleshoot, repair, and optimize systems with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize supermarket rack refrigeration systems
- Ensure all systems meet safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with other technicians and management to maintain optimal store operations
- Document findings and solutions for future reference
Requirements
- Deep experience working with complex rack refrigeration systems in grocery stores or cold storage environments
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair systems with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role preferred
Skills
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems and components
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
