Experienced Spray Tech(Maintenance)

Spray Application

The Spray Technician is responsible for applying chemicals as directed.

Chemical Safety

Employees must demonstrate an awareness of and commitment to chemical safety.

Work Tasks

• Follow through on assigned tasks
• Follow instructions accurately

Education and Experience

• Has or can obtain a QAL
• Basic knowledge of plant material

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• At least 18 years old (21 if operating company provided vehicles)
• Strong stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to safely operate landscaping equipment
• Able to bend, stop and twist continuously throughout the day and perform manual labor using a variety of hand tools
• Able to wear appropriate personal protective equipment
• Required to have a valid driver’s license and meet company standards as it relates motor vehicle performance
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if needed
• Able to maintain, in your possession at all times, required medications to address any known allergic reactions should they occur

Work Environment

• Outdoor/indoor work in moderate to extreme weather conditions
• Extended periods of loud noise
• Exposure to allergens, insects, and reptiles
