Experienced Spray Foam Installer - Sign On Bonus with Proven Experience

About the role

As an installer at TruTeam, you will be part of a diverse and inclusive team that reflects our values of integrity and innovation by delivering solutions that make a difference in the communities we serve. You’ll install a wide range of company products—including insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, and home wrap—according to work orders, manufacturer specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review your daily work schedule and ensure the truck is loaded with all required products, tools, and equipment.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at the job site.
• Report any safety, customer, or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
• Handle any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• This is a safety-sensitive position.
• Local travel to job sites daily; occasional out-of-town travel may be required.
• Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, depending on job duties.

Pay

Compensation range: $13.00 – $30.00 per hour. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also include variable compensation.
