About the Role

Immediate opportunity for an experienced Caregiver in Ellis County with experience in chronic illness, mechanical lift, and bed-bound care. Day and evening shifts available.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Assistance with grooming and bathing
• Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
• Transfer assistance

Requirements

• Experience with a mechanical lift for transfers of bed-bound clients
• Professional caregiving experience required
• Approved criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen
• Reliable personal transportation
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Must be 21 years of age

Pay

Starting wage $13.00–$14.00 per hour. Hourly wages may be higher based on level of care needed, duration, shift, or couples care if applicable.
