Experienced Sign Installer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced sign installer to join FASTSIGNS® Baymeadows, a high‑performing center with over 29 years of success. The majority of the work involves installing site signs, wall graphics, window graphics, and door graphics — no electrical sign installation or electrical knowledge is required. You’ll use a variety of tools to assemble, erect, and hang items both indoors and outdoors, spending most days moving, lifting, and building for a wide variety of sign installations. This is a fast‑paced, collaborative environment where every day is different, with access to hands‑on, in‑person, and online training programs to continue honing your skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, erect, and install signs and graphics (site signs, wall, window, and door graphics)
• Use hand and power tools to mount, hang, and secure signage on various surfaces
• Move, lift, and position materials and finished signs at job sites
• Work both inside and outside, adapting to different installation environments
• Problem‑solve on the fly to ensure proper placement and finish quality
• Collaborate with the production and sales teams to meet project timelines

Requirements

• Proven mechanical and construction skills
• Ability to think on your feet and solve installation challenges independently
• Comfortable working with your hands and using a variety of tools
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver signage and equipment
• Reliable transportation to job sites
