About the Role

We are looking for talented and enthusiastic Shift Managers to lead shifts, ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience, and potentially manage specific departments within our restaurant. This role offers opportunities for growth in restaurant management or access to $3,000 a year in free college tuition—or both!

Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts every week to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage assigned departments (e.g., Guest Service, Kitchen, or People) with responsibilities including:
    • Guest Service: Oversee customer experience, sales promotions, staff training, and organization of Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas.
    • Kitchen: Ensure high-quality, fast, and safe food production, control food costs, and train staff on procedures, including new menu items.
    • People: Hire and train qualified crew, create schedules to meet sales and profit goals, and motivate staff through recognition and support.
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up on progress, and report results to the team and other managers.

Requirements

  • Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
