Experienced Shift Managers

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and other Shift Managers to run smooth shifts.
• Achieve shift targets and assist departments in meeting their goals.
• Monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
• Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Train new team members on critical job functions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment.
