Responsibilities

• Lead a team in the mitigation of Water, Fire and Mold damaged homes
• Must be a experienced Servpro Crew Chief for Water & Fire Mitigation
• Must have a professional appearance and great attitude
• A valid driver license with a reasonable driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony convictions or misdemeanors involving violence or theft
• Willing to be on call as needed
• Some night and weekend work may be required
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Athletic, energetic people to perform specialized cleaning
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to navigate using mapped directions

• Typical end time: 5 PM
• Some Evenings and weekends depending on demand with overtime pay
