Ideal Candidate

• Accommodating and analytical, producing highly precise and accurate work
• Resourceful with a high level of technical expertise
• Unselfish, approachable, and prefers detailed, skill-based work
• Prior automotive technician (mechanic) experience preferred
• ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications highly preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and a good driving record, per company standards

Responsibilities

• Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders, adhering to dealership, state, and factory standards
• Address customers’ primary concerns with diagnosis, repair, and quality control to achieve ‘Fixed First Visit’ expectations
• Conduct the Ken Garff Electronic Multi-Point Inspection with video on every vehicle; notify the Service Advisor of additional recommendations or time extensions
• Master the Dealer Management System (DMS) for work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, communication, and timekeeping
• Complete required training as assigned
• Maintain cleanliness in the workspace and all customer vehicles
