About the role

Audi Lehi, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is seeking an Automotive Service Technician who aligns with our core values of respect, integrity, growth, humility, and teamwork. Responsibilities

  • Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders, adhering to dealership, state, and factory standards.
  • Address customers' primary concerns with diagnosis, repair, and quality control to meet 'Fixed First Visit' expectations.
  • Master the Ken Garff Electronic Multi Point Inspection and perform a video inspection on every vehicle; notify the Service Advisor if additional recommendations are needed or if more time is required.
  • Use the Dealer Management System (DMS) for work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, communication, and timekeeping.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the workspace and in all customer vehicles.
  • Complete required training as assigned.

Requirements

  • Accommodating and analytical, with a strong focus on precision and accuracy.
  • Seeking a high level of technical expertise and resourcefulness.
  • Unselfish and approachable, with a preference for detailed, skill-based work.
  • Prior automotive technician (mechanic) experience preferred.
  • ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications highly preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be 18 years or older and have a valid in-state driver's license with a good driving record, as per company standards.
