The Role

Nissan of Dallas is seeking experienced Service Technicians to join our dynamic team. The position offers opportunities for growth and financial stability.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose & Plan Repairs: Identify mechanical issues and create efficient repair plans.
• Maximize Productive Time: Perform high-quality repairs and routine maintenance.
• Build Customer Confidence: Clearly explain repair needs and options to support approvals and drive additional work.
• Document for Accuracy & Pay: Complete clear, accurate repair documentation for proper billing and maximizing earned hours.

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to read, interpret, and communicate and repair information.
• Proven experience working with Nissan vehicle systems, tools, and diagnostics.
• Required certifications and licenses (compensation based on skill level and experience).
• Flexible availability to maximize booked hours and earning potential.
