Responsibilities
- Answer inbound service calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Schedule and confirm service appointments.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers regarding recommended maintenance and declined services.
- Contact customers regarding recalls, maintenance reminders, and retention campaigns.
- Respond promptly to internet leads, text messages, and email inquiries.
- Work closely with Service Advisors and the Service Manager to maximize shop productivity.
- Maintain accurate customer information in the dealership CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and performance goals.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction.
Requirements
- Previous automotive Service BDC or dealership service experience is required.
- Strong communication and phone skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and dealership software.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
