Experienced Server (Weekends/Late Night)
The Work
Immediately greets newly seated guests and makes them feel welcomed
Successfully take, assemble, and serve multiple dining orders simultaneously, quickly and consistently and with a level of enthusiasm that is upbeat and positive
Continual assessment of guest’s experience by checking back after delivery of food + drink, maintaining alcoholic + nonalcoholic drink levels, removing clutter, as necessary and proactively addressing guest needs in a timely manner
Ring up accurate tabs in the POS system and process transactions quickly
Performs and uphold sanitation for dining and table spaces, equipment, and tools
Assesses guest demeanor and follow alcohol awareness procedures, promptly reporting any concerning behavior to management
Participates in party/event set up and breakdown; busses and resets tables or events, as needed
Assists others and performs additional duties as directed
The Requirements
- Team player with 2+ years serving experience in a high-volume, fast paced restaurant/bar

- Positive attitude, patience, cool-headedness, and passion for making people smile
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency
- Experience with craft cocktails, local and specialty beers
- Responsible for proper cash management and reporting any concerns
- Able to work quickly and meet deadlines with minimal supervision in noisy, fast paced environment with frequent distractions
Physical Demands
- Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for several hours at a time
- Must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend, reach, mop, sweep, and kneel and have the ability to lift bus tubs, glass racks and trays frequently weighing up to 25-50 pounds
- Work conditions with both hot and cold temperatures
Age & Licenses
- Age 18 or older
- Ability to obtain any required food service licenses or certifications
