Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to online inquiries via phone, email, or text
- Aid customers in identifying the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences
- Conduct virtual or in-person vehicle presentations, explaining features, benefits, and warranty options
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, including applications and financing steps
- Follow up with leads, existing customers, and recent buyers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Maintain product knowledge on current inventory, vehicle specs, features, and industry trends
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, database mining, and digital outreach
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Inspect and help merchandise online inventory to ensure accurate listings and attractive presentation
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
