About the role

Lexus of Sacramento is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Sales Associate to join their award-winning team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in automotive sales, enjoy building lasting customer relationships, and thrive in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process from initial greeting to delivery.
  • Build strong relationships by providing a premium, consultative buying experience.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget.
  • Demonstrate vehicle features, conduct test drives, and explain financing and protection options.
  • Maintain product knowledge on the latest Lexus models and technologies.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
  • Accurately complete all required sales documentation and CRM activities.

Requirements

  • Previous automotive sales experience required.
  • Luxury automotive sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
