Experienced RV Technician

About the role

We’re seeking a full-time RV Technician with proven experience in the field. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing all major RV systems, performing pre-delivery inspections (PDIs), and helping our customers get back on the road with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues in all RV systems including:
• Electrical (12V and 110V)
• Plumbing (fresh, gray, and black water)
• HVAC systems
• Propane systems
• Slide-outs, awnings, appliances, and more
• Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) and service write-ups
• Collaborate with service advisors and other team members for efficient repair flow
• Maintain clear documentation of diagnostics and repairs in service software
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and uphold shop safety standards

Requirements

• RV technician experience required—must have experience in diagnosing and repairing multiple RV systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Qualifications

• RVIA/RVDA certification is a plus but not required
