Experienced Roofing Canvasser

St. Joseph's Roofing is seeking an experienced, proven roofing canvasser for a full-time salaried position.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of roofing insurance canvassing experience
• Must be currently active and successful in door-to-door roofing canvassing
• Proven ability to generate qualified inspections and signed agreements
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
• No entry-level applicants

Compensation

• Base salary + commission
• Salary commensurate with experience
• Significant earning potential for strong performers
• Full-time position with opportunity for growth

Performance Requirement

This position includes a mandatory 60-day probationary period. Continued employment is dependent upon meeting established activity and production expectations.

We are looking for an experienced canvasser who wants the stability of a base salary without giving up the earning potential of a performance-driven roofing sales environment.
