What You’ll Do
- Install, repair, and restore traditional slate, tile and copper roofing systems
- Work with natural slate, clay tile, copper flashing, and related materials
- Maintain safe, professional job sites and follow company safety standards
- Travel to job sites locally and throughout the US with paid travel time and logistics support provided
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years roofing experience (any type)
- Knowledge of roofing installation, repair techniques, and flashing details is preferred
- Comfort working at heights using ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license with no more than 4 points (preferred), ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check required
- Commitment to quality craftsmanship, safety, and professionalism
Compensation
- $23–$45+/hr. based on skill and experience
- Performance-based advancement opportunities
