Experienced Restoration Technician

About the role

Responsibilities

- Assist project manager on various construction projects - Assess property damage and create cleaning plan - General labor duties such as gutting, cleaning, and packing - Participate in demolition and reconstruction process - Maintain safe job-site - Prepare various types of equipment for upcoming jobs - Pre and post construction clean-up

Requirements

- Relationship building/maintenance skills - Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines - Personable with good communication skills - Hard working TEAM player who can easily adapt to changing needs - Strong desire to learn and excel - Must have and maintain a valid drivers license as driving for business is required up to 20+% of time - Must be reliable, dependable, and drug free

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in restoration or related field preferred - Valid drivers license

Skills

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with basic tools and equipment

Pay and Schedule

Starting pay is $18-22 per hour depending on experience. Opportunity for quarterly bonus.
