What You’ll Be Doing

  • Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
  • Complete high‑quality installations efficiently and professionally.
  • Read blueprints and layouts to ensure systems are installed properly and up to code.
  • Test systems and make adjustments to ensure proper operation.
  • Work closely with team members to complete projects on schedule.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
  • Deliver a strong customer experience from start to finish.
  • Mentor and assist apprentices when needed.

Qualifications

  • Required EPA certification.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC installation practices.
  • Knowledge of ductwork, airflow, and system layouts.
  • Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
  • Experience with low‑voltage wiring.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 100 lb.
  • Preferred: 3+ years of HVAC installation experience.
  • Preferred: Experience testing and balancing systems.
  • Preferred: Leadership or apprentice training experience.
  • Self‑motivated, dependable, and organized mindset.
