About the role
Actify ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their team. They are a dedicated organization committed to transforming lives through evidence-based practices and fostering a collaborative, supportive, and professional development-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in-home or in-school.
- Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect and document data on client progress.
- Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
- Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
Qualifications
- Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
Compensation and Schedule
- Pay Range: $22- $27/hour
- Full-Time: 15-20 hours/week
- Shifts: During School Year - Afternoons, Summer Time - flexible
- Location: Baltimore, MD 21212 and surrounding areas
