About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Texas RAIL Licensed Pool Repair Technician to join our growing team. This is a high-production position for a proven repair professional who can diagnose problems correctly, complete quality repairs efficiently, communicate professionally with customers, and maintain productivity. Our operation has 600+ residential and commercial pools on weekly service and 3 retail locations, providing a strong, established customer base and a consistent pipeline of repair, replacement, and equipment-upgrade opportunities.

Earning Potential

Competitive base compensation plus production-based earnings. Strong performers can earn $75,000–$105,000+ annually, with opportunities for additional sales spiffs on qualifying equipment replacements and upgrades.

Requirements

  • Current Texas RAIL license
  • 5+ years of pool equipment diagnostic and repair experience
  • Ability to consistently complete 6+ billed repair stops per day
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience preparing repair information and quotes
  • Ability to manage callbacks professionally and efficiently
  • Excellent customer communication
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently while remaining accountable for production and quality
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

You'll diagnose, repair, replace, and install a wide range of residential and commercial pool equipment, including:

  • Pumps and motors
  • Filters
  • Heaters
  • Automation and control systems
  • Salt systems and chlorinators
  • Valves and plumbing
  • Pool and spa lighting
  • Equipment upgrades and replacements
  • General electrical and mechanical pool equipment

You'll also identify additional repair and upgrade opportunities, provide accurate quotes, communicate recommendations clearly, and ensure customers understand the work being performed.
