About the role
We are expanding and looking for a highly disciplined and consistently profitable trader to join our team. We specialize in passing proprietary trading firm challenge accounts for clients and are seeking someone who can produce consistent results while maintaining strict risk management.
Responsibilities
- Trade prop firm challenge accounts while strictly following all prop firm rules.
- Reach profit targets without violating daily or maximum drawdown limits.
- Execute trades with consistency and discipline.
- Provide regular updates on account progress.
- Maintain professional communication with the team.
- Be available for occasional video meetings.
Requirements
- Proven experience passing prop firm challenge accounts.
- Strong understanding of risk management.
- Consistent trading performance.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection.
- Clear webcam and microphone for video calls (preferred).
- Honest, professional, and dependable.
Application Requirements

- What timezone are you located in?
- How many hours per day can you dedicate to trading?
- On average, how long does it take you to successfully pass a prop firm challenge? Please include the typical timeframe for both Phase 1 and Phase 2 (if applicable).
Technical Considerations
Some prop firms monitor IP addresses, device fingerprints, VPN usage, VPS usage, and account access patterns. Please explain:
- Which prop firms you use to manage client accounts.
- Your process for managing client accounts while remaining compliant with each prop firm’s rules.
- How you handle IP/device consistency when accessing accounts.
- Whether you use a VPS, remote desktop, trade copier, or any other setup as part of your workflow (where permitted by the prop firm’s policies).
