About the role
Join our Trusts and Estates Law Firm in Coral Gables if you are passionate about protecting Executors from lawsuits and ensuring Beneficiaries are treated fairly. We are in search of a motivated Estate/Probate Litigation Attorney who aligns with our vision and values.
Responsibilities
- Leverage expertise, sound judgment, and litigation skills to handle contested estate matters in probate and civil court settings.
- Have at least 4 years of experience in Probate litigation.
- Proficiency in legal research, writing, and courtroom practice.
Requirements

- Preferably, the candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in Probate litigation.
