Experienced Preschool Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated, nurturing, and experienced preschool educator to join our team. This role is ideal for an educator who is passionate about early childhood development and committed to creating a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate curriculum
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
• Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
• Maintain open and professional communication with families
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and leadership team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (required)
• Previous experience in a preschool or pre-kindergarten setting
• Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Current Pennsylvania clearances (Child Abuse, Criminal Background, FBI Fingerprinting)
• All state-required health and training documentation
• Ability to meet all licensing and regulatory requirements for early childhood educators
