Experienced Poker Dealer - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Experience in conducting poker game
• Safeguard the assets of the company
• Conduct the poker game
• Responsible for the accuracy of the table bank and the pot
• Adhere to poker room policies and procedures
• Review and inspect assigned working environment for any and all safety hazards
• Keep well informed of all corporate, property and Poker Department policies and/or procedures, upcoming events
• Required to do BRUSH-duty as needed
• Poker Dealer will keep all accrued tips
• Comply with Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board Regulations
• Perform other job related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Basic mathematic skills
• Money handling skills
• Thorough understanding and working knowledge of all Poker Room promotions and payoffs
• Ability to deal all Hold'em and Stud type poker games
• Ability to communicate, understand, read and write the English language
• Ability to sit and deal for long periods of time (2 to 4 hour periods)
• Ability to make sound professional decisions in a noisy and at times confusing environment
• Ability to retain composure and professional demeanor in times of guest and employee displeasure, requests and/or complaints

Pay

Starting salary: $5.00 per hour plus all accrued tips (tokes). Initial placement within the salary range is based on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is one component of a competitive Total Rewards package.
