About the role

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Experienced Pest Control Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing pest control services at commercial properties, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients through inspections, customized pest management plans, and expert treatments.

Responsibilities

  • Congduct comprehensive pest inspections on commercial properties, identifying potential issues and providing recommendations for preventative measures.
  • Develop and implement tailored Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs based on customer needs and industry standards.
  • Apply pesticides and other treatments in accordance with company protocols, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Educate clients about pest control practices, sanitation, and maintenance solutions to reduce infestations.
  • Maintain accurate records of treatments, inspections, and service reports for each client.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all client concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal pest control regulations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and new pest control techniques to continually improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with the team to support company growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial pest control (healthcare, foodservice, office buildings, etc.).
  • Pest Control License (or ability to obtain within a specified time frame).
  • Knowledge of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) techniques.
  • Proficiency in using pest control equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
  • Strong understanding of local, state, and federal pest control regulations.
  • Excellent communication, customer service skills, and professional appearance.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple service accounts.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
  • Able to use electronic device.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with commercial clients in specialized industries (e.g., food safety, healthcare and Commercial structures).
  • Technical certification in pest management (e.g., QP, QP Food, QP School, AIB & GMP).
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
