About the Role

As an In-Home Caregiver with CareBuilders at Home - Lone Tree CO, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and compassionate team dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our clients. Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility and ambulation, as well as provide transfers and positioning
• Administer medications and manage medical conditions as directed by clients' healthcare providers
• Engage in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being, such as conversation, reading, and entertainment
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks, and assist with light housekeeping and laundry
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided
