About the role

Provide compassionate care to pediatric patients in their homes. Assist with daily activities, medication administration, and monitoring health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient’s condition and report changes to healthcare providers
• Assist with hygiene and mobility needs
• Document patient care in medical records

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• Experience in home healthcare setting
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for pediatric care
