About the role
We’re looking for experienced paintless dent repair technicians with a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience to join us at Carvana.
Responsibilities
- Use advanced glue-pulling techniques
- Hail repair
- Repair creases and body lines
- Repair larger-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- Must be physically capable of operating vehicle equipment and tools
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions (heat/cold)
Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to pass a complete background check
