Responsibilities
- Process returns and exchanges, examining parts for damage
- Ensure all billing for purchases is accurate and complete
- Work with the body shop to ensure all parts are ordered
- Notify customers upon delivery of their ordered parts
- Keep records of repair orders, invoices, and insurance estimates
- Maintain a clean and professional workspace
- Assist customers in selecting parts
- Answer phone calls and provide price quotes
- Promote parts sales and specials
- Process payments from customers
- Take inventory of stock
- Refill inventory daily
- Report out-of-stock parts to the parts manager
- Pull orders from stock
- Follow up on backorders
- Track shipments
- Dealership parts experience needed
- Punctuality and attendance is a MUST
