Experienced Parts Advisor

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct automotive parts and accessories
• Provide accurate quotes and information regarding parts availability and pricing
• Maintain inventory records and manage stock levels to ensure product availability
• Collaborate with service technicians and sales staff to fulfill parts requests in a timely manner
• Process orders, returns, and warranty claims efficiently
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment within the parts department

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or similar automotive parts role
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Able to work independently and within a team environment
• Proficient with inventory management software and basic computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive certifications are a plus
