Experienced Parts Advisor

Responsibilities

• Aid customers in finding the right automotive parts and accessories.
• Provide accurate quotes and information about parts availability and pricing.
• Maintain inventory records and manage stock levels to ensure product availability.
• Collaborate with service technicians and sales staff to fulfill parts requests promptly.
• Process orders, returns, and warranty claims efficiently.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment within the parts department.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or similar automotive parts role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Proficient with inventory management software and basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive certifications are a plus.
