This role is ideal for an experienced paralegal or legal assistant who is proactive, organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about supporting families through complex legal matters.
Responsibilities
- Assist with document management and organization
- Handle client communications and scheduling
- Support legal research and analysis
- Prepare legal documents and correspondence
- Coordinate with attorneys and clients
- Manage client files and databases
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with legal software preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Paralegal certification preferred
