Responsibilities

• Handle a very high volume
• Be available Nights, Weekends and Holidays
• Have previous kitchen experience
• Pantry/Prep Experience
• Follow restaurant protocols and menu guidelines
• Work in a clean and organized fashion and follow health department regulations
• Prepare basic vegetable prep including peeling, slicing, dicing, and portioning
• Make desserts, dressings, salads and cold menu items
• Clean equipment, floors, walls, coolers and freezers
• Plate dishes according to chef's specifications
• Stay positive under pressure
• Work as a team in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Must have previous kitchen experience
• Pantry/Prep Experience

Compensation

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
