Responsibilities
- Handle a very high volume
- Be available Nights, Weekends and Holidays
- Have previous kitchen experience
- Pantry/Prep Experience
- Follow restaurant protocols and menu guidelines
- Work in a clean and organized fashion and follow health department regulations
- Prepare basic vegetable prep including peeling, slicing, dicing, and portioning
- Make desserts, dressings, salads and cold menu items
- Clean equipment, floors, walls, coolers and freezers
- Plate dishes according to chef's specifications
- Stay positive under pressure
- Work as a team in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Must have previous kitchen experience
- Pantry/Prep Experience
Compensation
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
