Experienced Paintless Dent Repair Technician

About the role

We’re looking for experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technicians to join our dynamic team at Carvana. You’ll be part of a fast-growing used automotive retailer in the U.S., and one of the four fastest companies to make the Fortune 500.

Responsibilities

• Access panels and use glue-pulling techniques to repair smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels.
• Work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment.
• Be prepared to work in various weather conditions (heat/cold).
• Operate vehicle equipment and tools, lifting up to 60 pounds independently.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment.
• Exposure to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
• Physical ability to operate vehicle equipment and tools.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Pass a complete background check.

Schedule

We prioritize delivering an exceptional customer experience, which includes delivering great vehicles when expected. Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs.
