Experienced Paintless Dent Repair Technician - $6,000 Sign on Bonus

We’re looking for paintless dent repair technicians with a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience to join Carvana—the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history and one of the four fastest companies to make the Fortune 500.

About the role

As an Experienced PDR Technician, you’ll use advanced glue-pulling techniques, hail repair, repair creases and body lines, and repair larger-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels. You’ll work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers using state-of-the-art tools.

If you’re joining us in an entry-level position, we offer training programs to ensure your skills and pay progress along with the company.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced glue-pulling techniques
• Repair hail damage
• Repair creases and body lines
• Repair larger-sized dents on steel and aluminum vehicle panels

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools—must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require a Motor Vehicle Records check)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
• Use of safety equipment, including but not limited to face shields or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and other protective garments and equipment
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
