Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial overhead doors, operators, dock equipment, and security gates.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and structural issues and provide effective solutions.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and safety checks.
• Communicate professionally with customers to explain issues, recommend products, and provide service updates.
• Ensure all work meets company standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate service records, invoices, and documentation.
• Operate company tools, equipment, and vehicles responsibly and safely.
• Support a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in overhead door installation or related mechanical trade preferred (but willing to train the right candidate).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work at heights, lift heavy materials, and perform physical tasks.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to comply with safety standards and company policies.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
