About the role

Balance Within Integrative Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our growing team. We offer 55-minute one-on-one sessions, clinical freedom and autonomy, meaningful caseloads, leadership and growth opportunities, and unlimited continuing education support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of orthopedic PT experience
• Enjoy solving challenging cases and thinking beyond protocols
• Value both evidence-based practice and individualized care
• Great hands and enjoy incorporating manual therapies as a regular part of your practice
• Appreciate feedback and continual growth
• Communicate effectively and take ownership
• Interested in orthopedics, women's health, pelvic health, manual therapy, chronic pain, wellness, injury prevention, or specialty practice development

Qualifications

• Current license to practice physical therapy in Wisconsin
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Manual therapy techniques (John Barnes Myofascial Release, CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, IPA and other Manual Therapy Courses)
• Orthopedic and manual therapy skills
• Effective communication and patient engagement
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
