What You'll Do
- Provide coverage for Caregiver call-outs
- Aid in new Client starts
- Relieve other Caregivers
- Step into other assignments requiring an experienced Caregiver
What We're Looking For
- Prior Professional Caregiving Experience
- Experienced and confident providing multiple levels of care
- Dependable, professional, and flexible
- Calm and capable in high-stress or unexpected situations
- A strong problem solver with a solution-oriented approach
- An excellent communicator
- Comfortable working independently and exercising sound judgment
- A team player who works well with Clients, families, Caregivers, and office staff
- Comfortable providing professional care to Clients with varying personalities, backgrounds, needs, and genders
- Able to adapt quickly when entering unfamiliar Client homes or care situations
Transportation Requirements
- A valid driver's license
- Current automobile insurance
- Reliable personal transportation
Additional Position Benefits
- Guaranteed 40 hours of pay per week when position requirements are met
- Overtime when applicable
- $2.00 per hour additional for qualifying couples care and facility assignments
