About the role

Franklin Park Boerne, an assisted living and memory care community, is hiring for Experienced Medication Technicians (MedTech). You must possess a true desire and passion for working with the senior population – we strive for excellence in all areas of our community.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Engaging residents in both spontaneous and organized activities as part of the person-centered model of care
• Helping with personal laundry and cleaning of equipment (night shift)
• Dispensing medication (requires training and/or experience)

Qualifications

• Training and/or experience dispensing medication
• Very dependable
• Patience and the ability to relate to people with memory challenges
• Desire to work as part of a team

• True desire and passion for working with the senior population
