About the role
Responsible for processing insurance claims and ensuring accurate billing for medical services.
Responsibilities
- Review and process insurance claims
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and policies
- Resolve discrepancies and appeals
- Prepare and submit monthly reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical billing
- Knowledge of medical coding and reimbursement processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in medical coding systems (e.g., CPT, ICD-10)
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
