About the role

Traction Bridge is seeking experienced marketing operators with B2B mid-market companies on retainer. We are expanding our team and are looking for professionals who enjoy substantive project work while maintaining independence.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing strategies and campaigns within defined scopes.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Use AI tools to enhance decision-making and efficiency.
• Stay current with industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Communicate effectively with clients asynchronously and remotely.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on client needs.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of hands-on experience in marketing operations, including Demand Gen, Growth, SEO, Content, Lifecycle Marketing, Email, CRM, Paid Media, Marketing Operations, RevOps, Brand Positioning, or AI Enablement.
• Proven ability to take initiative and own project outcomes.
• Experience using AI to inform and accelerate marketing efforts.
• Ability to quickly assess a client's situation and recommend actionable steps.
• Comfortable leading discussions and providing expert insights to clients.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools relevant to your experience.
• Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively without direct supervision.
