About the role

Responsibilities
Managers lead shifts ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
Guest Service Department Manager: Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train staff, and organize service areas.
Kitchen Department Manager: Ensure high-quality food delivery, food safety, cost control, and staff training.
People Department Manager: Hire, train, schedule staff, and motivate employees.
Requirements
Previous managerial experience is preferred, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We seek positive team players with flexible schedules and a passion for the fast-paced McDonald's environment. Must be 18 years or older.
