About the role

Responsibilities

• Managers lead shifts, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly service.

• Guest Service Department Manager: Ensure great customer experience, sales promotions, crew training, and area organization.

• Kitchen Department Manager: Ensure high-quality food delivery, food safety, cost control, and staff training.

• People Department Manager: Hire, train, schedule, and motivate staff to meet sales and profit goals.

Requirements

Previous managerial experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred. Positive team player with flexible schedules and passion for the fast-paced environment are required.
