About the role

We are seeking experienced managers to lead shifts and departments in our local McDonald's franchise. The positions range from general shift leadership to specialized roles in guest service, kitchen operations, and human resources.

Responsibilities

• Managers ensure a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience on a weekly basis.

• Guest Service Department Managers oversee the delivery of excellent customer service, manage sales promotions, train staff, and organize service areas.

• Kitchen Department Managers ensure high-quality food production, food safety, and cost control, while training kitchen staff.

• People Department Managers handle hiring, training, and scheduling, ensuring a positive start and ongoing motivation for employees.

Requirements

Previous managerial experience within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred. We seek positive team players with flexible schedules and a passion for the fast-paced McDonald's environment. Applicants must be 18 years or older.
