We’re Looking For

• Detail-oriented, reliable cleaners or housekeepers
• Professional attitude and pride in presentation
• Reliable transportation
• Experience in luxury homes or Airbnb cleaning is a plus
• Perform general cleaning duties in residential and commercial spaces including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures to maintain a neat and tidy appearance
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to ensure hygiene standards are met
• Emptying trash bins and ensuring waste is disposed of properly
• Performing deep cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning and window washing as required
• Reporting any maintenance issues found during cleaning to the supervisor promptly
• Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding safety and cleaning standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cleaner or in a similar role is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks that require lifting and moving furniture
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
